Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to federal and state laws, we only ship THCA/hemp-derived products to states where they are legal. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before purchasing. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed from restricted states.
Shipping Methods & Times:
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.
Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed during transit. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
